Currently, new poker clubs are created manually by our team to ensure quality and prevent spam.

🏠 How do I join an existing poker club?

You can join clubs in several ways:

• Use an invitation code provided by a club admin
• Click on an invitation link sent to your email
• Ask a club member to invite you directly

📊 Why aren't my statistics updating?

Statistics usually update immediately. If they're not showing:

• Make sure you're logged in to the correct account
• Check that your username matches exactly in the club
• Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in
• Contact support if the issue persists

🔒 How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Follow the link to set a new password

💰 Is PokerTracker really free?

Yes! PokerTracker is completely free to use. We believe poker tracking should be accessible to everyone.

All features including statistics, achievements, and multi-club support are included at no cost.

📱 Is there a mobile app?

Currently, PokerTracker is a web-based application that works great on mobile browsers.

A dedicated mobile app is in our roadmap for future development. Follow us for updates!

🎯 Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export your poker data at any time:

• Go to your Profile settings
• Look for the "Export Data" section
• Download your complete game history and statistics
• Data is provided in CSV format for easy importing elsewhere
